I Spy ABC Treasure Map Writing Activity

My son just loves anything pirate themed, in fact one of his birthday party themes where pirates! Today I wanted to carry over that love for pirates into our letter practice.

So I set about to make an i spy abc treasure map!

There are 3 different treasure maps depending on what you want to reinforce. The first map is all capital letters, the second is all lowercase letters and the third this a capital with lowercase next to it.

Additionally I created a printable page for writing down the letters we discover. Writing practice!

Although the letters themselves are big enough to see what your naked eye I thought a fun twist on this ispy treasure map would be to include some magnifying glasses. It totally makes it feel like you are hunting for treasure!Todays theme is part of an awesome collection pirate related activities!
