Felt Puzzles – Christmas Busy Bags

This felt puzzle is another solving busy bag. Here the children get a bunch of felt bits and then they can create with them.

I made a mini felt board to go with this activity by gluing the green felt to some cardboard.

Use the tree and ornament template from the lacing shapes if you are unable to free hand cut these.

The yellow star below is 4 triangles and a square.

This tree below also has 4 triangles and a rectangle.

I think my favorite part about this puzzle is that the kids know that the pieces are going to make something but what? They turn the shapes around and around until they fit.
